Silvia Gawronski specialises in the law of administrative procedures, with a special focus on Food, Consumer Products and QHSE. She advises on the material food (and food safety) regulations such as the EU’s Food & Feed Regulation, the Dutch food and commodities legislation and the Agricultural Quality Act, but also on the legislation applying to transportation, and storage, including innovative products and services, traceability, CE-markings, import and export restrictions; her clients include both start-ups and multinationals in the Food & Commodities industry. She regularly publishes on the interface of these topics and is the author of the Kluwer Models for Environmental Law.
Silvia graduated in Dutch Constitutional and Administrative Law at Leiden University (LL.M. with honours) and from Oxford University (M.Jur). During her studies she also studied at the Graduate School of Polish Law at the University of Warsaw and studied at the University of Siena. She was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2011 and joined NautaDutilh in the same year. Since, she ranked twice in the Best Young Law Professional Top-50. Clients named her 'insightful and efficient’ in the Legal 500 - Food & Beverages.
